2. Aregionalpricepreferenceof5% istoapplytoanofferforthesupplyofa) construction (building) serviceswhohasbeenoperatingabusinessoutofpremises

intheShireofMenziesforatleast6months; b) construction (building) servicesnotestablishedwithintheShireofMenziesonthat
