DESCRIPTION OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES

Seafasten Offshore will design and develop sea-fastening strategies for all marine transportation projects.

Our capabilities include: • Conceptual sea-fastening design and FEED studies. • Sea-fastening design and drawings. • Procurement and fabrication of sea-fastening grillages and components such as wingplates, packers, shear dogs, and padeyes. • Project Management of larger scale sea-fastening projects. • Detailed knowledge and experience of all relevant international design standards including ISO, DNV, API, Lloyds, ABS.

• Compliance with international safety regulatory bodies such as IMO, DNV, and IMCA.

CORE COMPETENCIES We have a workforce of engineers and designers with a head office located in the Perth CBD in Western Australia. All of our engineers and designers are experienced in sea-fastening design, and have worked for various offshore installation companies or oil & gas operators.

Our engineering team is made up of: • degree qualified and experienced Structural Engineers and Naval Architects • tertiary educated and experienced design draftsmen Our engineers are skilled both in classic engineering calculations as well as the use of state of the art analysis software including Spacegass, StaadPro, Mathcad, FEA (Solidworks) and others. ORGANISATIONAL ACHIEVEMENTS

Seafasten Offshore holds the provisional patent for, and is currently in development of a welder-less sea-fastening technology. The Seafasten GRID system is set to revolutionise the way cargo is currently sea-fastened all over the world. We believe it will significantly reduce the time a vessel must be held in port, saving our clients the costs associated with inactive vessel time.
