CHANGES TO BOOKING PROCESS:

COVID19 Booking requests: Are only to be in writing and via email

Payments are to be made via phone or internet transfer

(Please do not enter the child care centre)

Daily signing IN/OUT process @ VC site: On drop offs: Parent/carer are to bring child/ren to the Vacation

Care (VC) entrance door on arrival.

Whilst parent/carers wait outside, educator will sign in child/ren

in via parent code.

On pick ups: Parents/carers are to wait outside, educators will

sign out children with parent code.

Educators will gather child/ren whilst parent waits outside

(Parents please do not enter the VC building)

Hygiene: Stay home if unwell.

Children are expected to wash hands on arrival.

Hand sanitiser is available and must be used when moving to an-

other inside area.

Children are expected to wash hands throughout the session and

prior to eating.

Children will be sent home if they become unwell.

Drinking water: Please bring a full drink bottle to VC. Children can refill bottles

throughout session via our pura-tap. No water fountains are avail-

able.
