symbolized both a mother and protector of ancient Egypt. She was the wife and sister of

the God Osiris and the mother of the God Horus. Symbols of the Goddess Isis can also be

found in the Greco-Roman period.

The Star of David is a symbol of the Jewish people, Judaism and its mystical path

Kabbalah. The Star of David is also called The Magen David (Shield of David). In

Kabbalah the Star of David is the symbol of the number seven representing the six

directions (Up, Down, East, West, South, North) and the Center. The upper triangle

symbolizes God/Spiritual World and the lower triangle symbolizes the Physical World. The

Star of David also symbolizes the interconnection of male and female in the universe. It is

also known as a hexagram. Digital Quilted Star of David I, II, III were created with the
