Test Procedure
Check the expiry date.If expiry date has passed, use another kit.Check the desiccant.If the color is green, use another kit.

Add drawn sample into the sample well (“S” marked).

Prepare the serum/plasma/whole blood sample.

Wait 20 minutes after adding sample.Don’t read test results after 20 minutes.Reading too late can give false results.

Put on the gloves.

Open the test pouch and write the patient’s name on the test device.

Use the micropipette to collect sample (100µl).

The presence of two color bands (“T” band and “C” band) within the results window no matter which band appears first indicates a positive result.
The presence of only one band (“C” band) within the results window indicates a negative result.
