This position will be responsible for mentoring Agile practices on the Scrum team; and works closely with subject matter experts to lead project efforts and build solutions. Duties: Scrum Master for multiple teams and provide direct team support on improving team planning skills, adherence to the various ceremonies and cadence of daily, iteration, and release-level meetings. Tracking and communicating team velocity and sprint/release progress. Removing roadblocks/impediments to teams’ progress Ensuring that the development teams practice and adhere to the core agile principles of collaboration, self-organization, prioritization, team accountability and visibility. Communicating with developers and Product Owners on development issues and providing guidance for resolution. Assisting the team in making appropriate commitments through story selection and task definition. Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency and radiating information. Serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical departments. Collaboration with PMO to ensure project success. Required Skills: In depth understanding of Agile its values and principles, including backlog grooming, release and sprint planning, burn-up/down charts, and more. Experience working with distributed teams. Ability to work under tight deadlines while being flexible and responding to changing business and technical conditions Solid oral, written, and presentation skills as well as excellent interpersonal skills Strong work ethic with good time management; ability to work with diverse teams Excellent organization skills to manage multiple timelines and complete tasks quickly Ability to flourish in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment Willingness to learn and build knowledge of business processes

Experience / Certification :

Qualified applicants should possess Scrum Master certification.

Required work experience in in the following areas: o 3+ years of experience working as member of an agile team o 2+ years of experience acting as a software development team's Scrum Master.
