The Basic Principle

The Screw Expander is the kind of a positive displacement generator. The working principle is: the

liquid expanding when screw rotors flow through the YinYang, push the YinYang rotor rotate oppositely.

It makes the course of thermal energy turned into mechanical energy come true.

The Screw Expander consists of three steps: Intake, Expanding and Exhaust. The basic structure is

made of a pair of YinYang rotors and the casing. The thermal liquid (Steam, hot liquid or vapor-liquid phases) enter into

screw alveolus. With the force of the thermal liquid, the screw rotates.

With the increasing of the alveolus, the liquid expanding and finally exhaust at the end. The energy

changes and the power come out to drive the generator or the load.
