Customize the [Application] Environment Using the [Application] Options Dialog Box

1. Click the Microsoft Office button and click [Application] Options.2. In the [Application] Options dialog box, in the left pane, select the desired category.3. In the right pane, select the desired commands.4. Click OK to apply the changes.

Customize the Quick Access Toolbar

1. Display the Customize category in the [Application] Options dialog box.

On the Quick Access toolbar, click the Customize Quick Access Toolbar drop-down arrow and select More Commands.Click the Microsoft Office button, click [Application] Options, and then in the left pane, select Customize.

2. Customize the Quick Access toolbar.In the right pane of the [Application] Options dialog box, from the Choose Commands drop-down list, select an option.From the Customize Quick Access Toolbar drop-down list, select an option to specify if the changes are to be applied for all files or for the active file only.Customize commands on the Quick Access toolbar by clicking Add or Remove.Position items on the Quick Access toolbar using the Move Up and Move Down buttons.Click OK to apply the changes.

1. Open an existing file with data or create a new file with data.2. Select the data to be formatted.3. On the Ribbon, select a command tab.4. View the appropriate gallery.

Click the relevant command button or option that contains a gallery.On the selected command tab, view the displayed gallery items.

5. Preview the gallery items.Place the mouse pointer over the gallery items.Preview the changes to the selected data.

6. Select the appropriate gallery item to apply it to the selected data.

Note: The Live Preview option is not available in Microsoft Office Access 2007.
