Just the Jackpot™ Play offers two chances to

win the Mega Millions® Grand Prize for $3.

When you play Just the Jackpot, you receive two

sets of numbers for $3.

Just the Jackpot wagers are eligible for the Mega Millions

GRAND PRIZE ONLY! Just the Jackpot wagers are not

eligible to win any other prize (non-Grand Prize) in the

Mega Millions game. Grab a Texas Two Step® playslip and select four (4)

numbers from 1 to 35 in the upper play area of the

playboard labeled “Pick 4” or mark “QP” and the

terminal will select your numbers.

On the same Texas Two Step playslip, select one (1)

Bonus Ball number from 1 to 35 in the lower play

area of the playboard labeled “Pick 1” or mark “QP”

and the terminal will select your number.

Every day, retailers validate thousands of tickets and pay prizes to lucky winners. Occasionally, we receive a complaint that a player was not able to buy a ticket during regular business hours.

• Eligibility Period (EP) Jan. 1, 2017 – Apr. 1, 2017

For retailers with sales all 13 weeks of the EP, your Minimum Sales Goal* is your weekly sales** average during

the EP x 13 weeks + 7.9% + $500. MSG = ((EP $avg x 13) + 7.9%) + $500

• Alternate Eligibility Period (AEP) Jul. 16, 2017 – Oct. 14, 2017

Retailers who do not have sales all 13 weeks of the EP must have sales all 13 weeks in the AEP. If you have less

than 13 weeks of sales during the AEP, you will not be included in this program. Your Minimum Sales Goal* is

your weekly sales** average during the AEP (adjusted for seasonality) x 13 weeks + 7.9% + $500.

DRAWINGS: Reach your Minimum Sales Goal (MSG)* and earn an entry into the drawing for your Tier and a

chance to win prizes up to $100,000 in Tier 1 and $50,000 in Tier 2. Earn an additional entry for each additional

$1,000 in sales** over your goal. Only one drawing prize per location. A chain with multiple locations may win

at more than one location. Drawings are planned for Apr. 17, 2018.

Retailers with average weekly sales of $10,000 or

more during the EP or AEP earn up to $100*** for

reaching your MSG* plus an additional $100*** for

each additional $1,000 in sales** over your goal.

Retailers with average weekly sales of less than

$10,000 during the EP or AEP earn up to $50*** for

reaching your MSG* plus an additional $75*** for

each additional $1,000 in sales** over your goal.

*** If total retailer incentive payments exceed the allocated program budget, all payments will be reduced by an equal percentage in order to not

exceed total program budget. Drawing entries and drawing prizes will not be reduced.

** Incentive sales do not include Mega Millions®, Megaplier®, Just the Jackpot™, Powerball® or Power Play®.

* Minimum Sales Goal for eligible retailers will never be less than $3,000.
