Foreword.

• Today We break with Tradition and present the Scout Report in PowerPoint format.

• We do this for evidentiary purposes – so independent verification can be obtained.

• There are three photos embedded into the presentation.

• They have the (digital) original capture data embeded [exif] for those that know how to check these things (to show that they are not faked CGI mock-ups.)

On the 21st of April

• I took some photos of the Moon – it had an interesting eerie ring around it.

• Last night I extracted them from the camera (it was full).

• The results follow.

Three Quick Shots of the Moon Halo Effect

I took two shots because I wasn’t sure I got the Halo Effect then decided that because the moon looked eclipsed, I should take another.

Three Shots with the same camera with three different colours resulting.

Was something interfering with my depth of field (focus) ?

Object moves behind the Moon

• From Top Photo to bottom photo in less than two minutes.

• Because it doesn’t appear in the middle photo, and I did not change position, lens flare can be discounted.

• Besides, lens flare shows a CCD reflection (object) in front of the brightest object.

• This object is clearly behind the moon and it is moving very fast.

This CME appears to be an Orphan

• I am unable to match it to any on the LMSAL data so can not indicate whether it’s 1 MeV or 100 MeV. (There was a 100+ MeV earlier last week.)

• Unless this is one of the

previous events, it may have been edited out of the data and should be considered as potentially serious.

CME Potential Power

•The last CME notified by LMSAL was on the 3rd of May a 5.7 M flare.

•Seeing as their data is there to protect satelites, I’m inclined to believe that their data is correct.

•In which case this is a 10 MeV event and should be respected as rather dangerous. If on the other hand it is an earlier event, then it could be the 100 MeV event.

And… Astrologically,

• Those Faraday Cages are looking good.

• During the arrival of this flare, Mercury, the planet of communication is joining with the sun and Saturn.

• That indicates trouble in communications.

• And I expect a couple of fireworks from that line-up.

• New moon used to be the time to plant indicating new growth in biological specimens.

• These days it also means a new active cycle is building on the sun.

Capsicum Plants Extremely Sensitive to X-Rays

Plant some today outside or if in a cooler climatic zone, near a window – see how long before you plant starts to wilt. Remember in Scout 2 we explained that plants can be killed with 15 KeV.

When your Capsicum Wilts, it has received at least 15 KeV. (As have the biological life forms near it (plants, pets, other persons).
