Daily we pray for our Bishop and our clergy, the sick, and reconciliation in divided parts of

our world.

This year’s Prayer Diary does not include The Diocese of Calcutta as our Global Partnerships are under review.

Perth Cathedral, St Ninians: Hunter Farquharson, Carrie Applegath, Celia Matthews, Richard Sutton (Chaplain to St Ninian’s Primary), Geoffrey Hall, Lay Ministry Team. Pupils and staff at St Ninian’s Episcopal Primary School and their outreach to the city of Perth and the creation of a new nursery; the Adult Choir and Choristers from our school and promoting music within the cathedral; the Eco Group and congregation encouraging ‘greener’ living; Tourism and all who visit the cathedral from different parts of our world; support of Foodbank Perth and the Churches Action Together for the Homeless; Perth Action of Churches Together.

All Saints’, St Andrews: Alasdair Coles; Malcolm Aldcroft, David Day, Giles Dove, Anne Haselhurst, Ian Michael Local Concerns: outreach to visitors, pilgrims, members of the University, and local homeless people; prayer for Store House (FoodBank) and a deepening of other ecumenical projects; care of a place of beauty and peace for prayer and reflection; support of a busy provision of daily services open to all.

Local Concerns: the activities run by the churches; regular house groups; the Pitlochry Festival Theatre where the Rector is Chaplain. All local schools that are under review in the area.

Strathearn Group of Churches (St Columba’s, Crieff; St Serf’s, Comrie; St Angus, Lochearnhead and St Fillan’s, Killin): Lay Reader – Kate Sainsbury and for our new incumbent, Gennie Evans as she takes on her new role.

Local concerns: For strong links between the four churches in their mission to their communities and for joy in the work.
