LEADERSHIP: Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity Inc. (Omicron Kappa Chapter) President 2013 – 2016 • Oversee recruitment, finances, events (development, funding, coordination, execution), and community service initiatives • Worked closely with Lehigh administration to reform Greek system and help address campus wide social issues Men of Color Alliance Community Organizer 2012 – 2016 • Facilitated bi -weekly meetings to discuss and build community amongst men of color oncampus • Actively recruited and maintained group body and dynamic § Saw an increase from an average of 5 consistent members as a general body member in 2013 to 25 and 30 (2014 and 2015 respectively) as the community organizer. • Organized retreat to build camaraderie amongst members while also exploring the complexity of being a man of coloron Lehigh’s campus and beyond.
