Scott Banda, Chief Executive Officer, Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) Scott is Chief Executive Officer of Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), a position he has held since February 2010. Scott joined FCL in 2002 as the Legal Affairs Manager. In November 2004, he was appointed to the position of Vice-President, Corporate & Legal Affairs. In his leadership role at FCL, Scott has initiated a value’s based, collaborative and forward focused approach to doing business. He and his leadership team are championing and implementing new approaches to talent management, business processes, technology, branding and business development. He is also a passionate advocate of Co-op and their ability to improve communities. In 2013, Scott was recognized as one of Saskatchewan’s Men of Influence by the Saskatchewan Business Magazine. In 2015, he was recognized as one of the University of Saskatchewan College of Arts & Science’s most distinguished alumni. Prior to joining FCL, Scott worked for AREVA Resources Canada and Saskatchewan Crown Investments Corporation. Scott graduated from University of Saskatchewan College of Arts & Science with Honours in History in 1986 and from Law School in 1990. He is also a graduate of the Banff School of Advanced Management. Scott has served on numerous boards including the board of Saskatoon Co-operative Association Limited and the Desjardins Group Advisory Committee.

Scott Banda, Chief Executive Officer, Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL) Scott is Chief Executive Officer of Federated Co-operatives Limited (FCL), a position he has held since February 2010.
