Experts in a range of processing techniques.

Scott Bader Company Ltd was founded in 1920 by

Ernest Bader. In 1941 Scott Bader successfullyproduced the first room temperature cure polyesterresin and a few years later, in 1949, developed thefirst air-drying polyesters.

In 1954 the first marine polyester resin was developed tomake a GRP hull for Halmatics Perpetua, the first GRPboat in the world and then in 1965 developed the firstmarine class gelcoat.

By 1980, an extensive range of Crysticproducts hadbeen developed, that are now sold all over the worldinto key composite markets such as: building, transport, chemical containment and piping.
