SCOTT TENDER BLEND CONTINUOUS MIXERThis mixer is designed to continuously mix delicate products, such as texturized animal feeds, with minimal product degradation. The unique design on the agitator protects the integrity of the product during the mixing process.

The Tender Blend’s design, in association with the speed of the mixer, allows for a range of retention times to meet a product’s specific requirements. The Tender Blend is available with complete liquid addition.

SCOTT BATCH MIXERSThe enhanced agitator with close wrapped ribbon and the high efficiency tub design provide an efficient, balanced mixing action yielding cycle times as low as 90 seconds. In addition to the ribbon agitator, paddle / ribbon and paddle / paddle agitators are available to meet specific mixing needs.

Scott Surge Hoppers provide fast, efficient clean-out. The Scott Surge Hopper is available with either a paddle drag or screw conveyor for discharge, will accommodate the entire batch mixer and can be equipped with the Scott invented curved section for inclines up to 45 degrees.
