SCOPE OF WORK(REPAIRNG AND OVERHAULING)

1. Machine wiring is damageddue to rodent menace andneeds rewiring. Also theelectrical / hydraulic circuitdrawing supplied bymanufacturer does not matchwith machine and is nothelping for trouble shooting.Correct circuit drawings to besupplied by the firms afterrewiring.

1. Replacement of all the machine wiringup to control panel by new one.

2. Replacement of Control panelsdamaged wiring and other will bedressed up properly.

3. Control panel testing will be carried outand safety interlocks, operatingsequence will be checking and verified.

4. All the control panel will be cleanedfrom inside thoroughly by SKC.

5. Electrical Circuit drawings will beprovided.

1. Complete set of allthe electric cablesfor machine up tocontrol panel forrewiring.

2. Cable for controlpanel if required.

3. Circuit Drawings.

2 On both side gear oil isleaking badly through maindrive motors and planetarygear box joint and planetarygear box is getting overheated. It should be attendedon priority.

1. Replacement of both sides oil seals ofplanetary gear box.

2. Replacement of both sides O rings ofplanetary gear box.

3. Replacement of both sides bearings ofplanetary gear box.

4. Replacement of gaskets for main drivemotor.

8 Both sides tracer valve withtracer head assembly to beattended.

1. Replacement of Complete Tracer headassembly by new one.

2. Overhauling and cleaning of Tracervalve with replacement of O rings.

3. Replacement of Tracer Template(turning and facing) will be done.

4. Replacement of both side Dial gauges.5. Replacement of Tracer Valve if required

9 Overhauling of tool postassembly on both sides.

1. Cross slide and Longitudinal slidealignment matched by scrapingprocess.
