•State level Apex Cooperative Marketing Federation acts as wholesaler

•Direct supplies to Societies in some States

•IFFCO-NCDC Cooperative Societies

•Small quantities to institutional agencies like Agro •Industries Corporation etc

IFFCO-DISTRIBUTION

• The distribution of IFFCO's fertiliser is undertaken through over 39824 co-operative societies.

• The entire activities of Distribution Sales and Promotion are co-ordinated by Marketing Central Office (MKCO) at New Delhi assisted by the Marketing offices in the field.

• In addition, essential agro-inputs for crop production are made available to the farmers through a chain of 158 Farmers Service Centre (FSC).

• Warehousing of IFFCO fertilizer were awarded to 345 cooperative societies

• 317 cooperative societies were awarded transportation work .

• 51 cooperative societies were awarded rake handling & transportation of fertilizers

VALUEFIRST VELOCITYPLUS

• IFFCO, ValueFirst VelocityPlus along with a long-code was proposed as the solution

• ValueFirst VelocityPlus enables two-way mobile messaging between IT systems and the mobile phones

• VelocityPlus can easily integrate with the existing application by means of a simple configuration

• Long-code is a virtual 10 digit mobile number which can automatically receive/respond to the messages originated from mobile phones

APPLICATION- VALUEFIRST VELOCITYPLUS

• Wagon number and upload details are sent as an SMS to the destination region in-charge

• As soon as the trucks are uploaded, the upload details are sent as an SMS to the destination region in-charge On receipt/non-receipt of wagon/truck the in-charge pushes that information from his mobile phone

• Weekly MIS on supply sent to the top management
