Polymer material and dilute
Mix PVDF with diluent of high boiling point and low molecular weight under 220℃, which will then melt and generate homogeneous solution before being casted into certain shape and cooled down. The solution will experience thermally induced phase separation and solidifies. Micro-pore fiber can be finally created by extracting solution with alcohol.
Polymer solution is formed by dissolving a thermoplastic polymer in a solvent, which will dissolve the polymer at an elevated temperature but will not do so at lower temperature. The solution is cooled and, at a specific temperature, phase separation occurs and the polymer-rich phase separated from the solvent.

Supported Fiber
Mix polymer with solvent under normal temperature (or slightly heated) and evenly blend before put for a while to defoam, and then extrude with 2N pressure, placing in the air for a while (volatize) before putting in coagulating bath (aqueous phase). The third step is to induce it to experience phase separation (non-solvent induced separation). Solvent flows into aqueous phase, while water flows into fiber, extracting the solvent and thus micro-pore fiber is formed
