• 3 days of collaboration and information sharing. Fourth day for Executive Meeting.
• Most of Day 1 and part of Day 3 SCADM and SCAGI will separate to conduct their own business.
• 3 guest speakers – over three days. Two speakers are from SCAR Science Projects, one speaker from Geoscience community.

SCADM
• Day 2 (Training & Strategic Discussions)– Morning
• Training/Group Discussions on material presented.
– Afternoon• Exposure to some national approaches to SCAR
data management. • Refresher on what our new Strategy contains.• Discussions surrounding some key
implementation questions

general discussion about how we can collaborate better.
– Afternoon• Introduction to the concept of a Polar
Information Commons and how this fits with what SCADM/SCAGI are trying to achieve.
• Discussions on how we can all contribute.• Some concrete planning on the way forward.
