Then Close the eyes gently
Now visualize the same for a minute

Now observe the circle in front of you for 40 Seconds
On my instruction, please close your eyes gently and volunteers will take away the circle
Visualize the same circle for as many seconds as you can

Keep the lips tied & Exhale,While Exhaling make humming sound

This humming sound will try to escape out from nose, because the lips are tied.
While finding the way out, the sound waves will touch the neurons and vibrate them.
From the vocal chord when this humming sounds starts the journey, normally these
sound waves travels out from the mouth, but in this process, we keep our lips closed. Hence the sound travels through the ENT
cavity and spread like the fountain and vibrates the
neurons.
Such a massage to the neurons, make the passive neurons- active and opens up the abundance space for memory to
retain, that too for long period
