ENTRIES: a) Cost per Division: (HPNJ $20 Trailer-in Fee included
in entry fees).
Pre-Starter and Starter Level $125 for entries postmarked or
emailed from opening date April 23 to May 10th,$140 for entries
postmarked or emailed from May 11, to May 24
Beginner Novice and Novice/BN $135 for entries postmarked or
emailed from opening date April 23 to May 10th,$150 for entries
postmarked or emailed from May 11, to May 24
Novice and Training/Novice $140 for entries postmarked or
emailed from opening date April 23 to May 10th,$155 for entries
postmarked or emailed from May 11, to May 24
Training $145 for entries postmarked or emailed from opening
date April 23 to May 10th,$160 for entries postmarked or emailed
from May 11, to May 24
b.) Late fee for all divisions - any entry received after
closing date will be charged an additional $25 late fee addedto
highest fee for division listed above. Non-negotiable check will
void entry and incur a $50 fee.
c) There is a $25 non-refundable office fee per entry included
in the above fees. Entries can be made through EventEntries.com or
online on our website “NJRegionPonyClub.org” Payment can be made by
check, PayPal or credit card (Visa/Mastercard).

Makes check payable to “The NJ Region Pony Club”. No entries
accepted via fax.
d) No changes after closing date unless allowed by the
secretary. Changes will incur a $20 charge.
e) Refunds will be given for cancellations received in writing,
email or fax prior to the closing date, less the $25office fee.
Refunds (60%) will be given after closing date if caused by a
medical issue for rider or horse. Mustbe documented by doctor’s
letter (rider) or a Veterinarian’s letter (horse). These must be
received by May 31stNo refunds for “acts of god” which require
management to cancel on day of competition.
f) Proof of negative Coggins within 12 months must accompany
entry.
g) Rider’s will be given bridle numbers and cloth pinnies.
Please return both. For lost pinnies, Rider will be charged$25.
Please return bridle number to pick up dressage test and pinnies
will be collected at end of XC.h
i) Entries can be made OnLine at EventEntries.com (preferred),
made through our website NJRegionPonyClub.org,or entries can be
mailed to the secretary.
SCHEDULE:Saturday - Cross country course open at 3 pm.Sunday - 8
am - Dressage - order of go T, T/N, N, N/BN, BN, Starter,
Pre-Starter,
Stadium Jumping starts @ 10:00 amCross country starts at 10:30
am - rider will jump stadium first and then XC.
AWARDS: 8 ribbons in each division.
STARTING TIMES: Thursday prior to show, times will be emailed to
competitors if a legible email address isprovided on entry form.
Otherwise, call secretary (908-510-7999) between 6 pm and 9 pm on
Thursday orFriday. Times will also be posted on website:
njregionponyclub.org.
ARENAS: Small arenas - All-weather footing composed of sand and
screenings for dressage and stadium arenas.
STABLING: 276 permanent stalls on grounds, $40/night. Stall
doors only provided. Bedding available for pur-chase. Additional
info from secretary. NO STRAW ALLOWED.
DRESSAGE TESTS: Pre-Starter- 2011 USEF Intro Test C; Starter:
2014 BN Test A; Beginner Novice: 2014 BN Test B; Novice: 2014 Nov.
B; Training: 2014 Dressage Training B
CROSS COUNTRY:Lengths and speeds for levels: Training - 2500m @
425 mpm • Novice 2000m @ 350 mpm • BN: 1700m @325 mpm • Starter:
1500m @ 275 mpm • Pre-Starter 1500 M @250 mpm, Water on course T
and N. BN passthru water only. No down banks on BN. Terrain:
Rolling, great footing.
ACCOMMODATIONS: Check website www.HorseParkofNewJersey.com for

DIRECTIONS TO THE SHOW GROUNDS:North and South: NJ Tpk to exit
7A (I-195 East) to Exit 11. Turn left at top of ramp. At Stop sign,
turn righton Co 524 Horse Park is on left 1.5 miles.From East:
Garden State Pkwy to Exit 98 (I-195 West) to Exit 11. Turn right at
top of ramp. Follow as above.
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES: Vet will be on call & Farrier will be
on grounds during show hours.
OTHER INFORMATION: Divisions will be further divided or combined
if entries warrant. State Sr/Jr/Openon entry. Dogs must be leashed
- preferably left at home! Food available on grounds.
Pinnies - Cloth Pinnies will be provided to all riders. They
will be collected at the end of XC. Lost pinny = $25
