What do you know about your school? Who are your students? Your faculty? Your
administration? What defines your school? What does it mean to be a Aggie, a Ute, or a
Bruin?
Designate & Assign Responsibility
Involve people to strengthen their sense of belonging!
Create an Atmosphere Plan Events (Remember to assign responsibility)
Work together with other campus leaders.
Freshman don’t know any better. Capitalize on Success
Encourage Extracurricular Involvement
Athletics Traditions Campus Activities Arts & Lectures Have School Pride
Invest in Spirit Be Creative

Whatever you do… make it visible!!!
Set an Example Wear BLUE!!! Attend events as a group and
individually Be Visible Serve Campus & Students
