The School Press Advisers Movement (SPAM) Inc. is happy to announce the conduct of its 10th Annual National Media Conference, 7th National Journalism Quiz Bee: Pambansang Pautakang Pampahayagan, 4 th I- Dokumento and 4 th Inter-Cultural Exchange which will be held at Regent Hotel, Naga City on October 26-28, 2016. This year’s theme is “Exhibiting Gender Sensitivity through Ethical and Responsible Campus Journalism.” The confab aims to recognize the excellent services of campus journalists and advisers; hone their talents, and provide them with the recent trends in campus journalism. The contests are as follows: I. Contests for Advisers/Professors: 1. Best Practices for Campus Publications (deadline of submission of entries for best practices is on September 20, 2016) 2. News Writing 3. Copyreading and Headline Writing 4. Photojournalism II.
