Likewise, with differing personal and social interests, natural faction and clichés are formed. Those with leadership qualities become the heads, others stay as followers.

A faculty association emerges which acts as their “voice”. Group study tours, educational trips and pleasure trips are worthy undertakings that guarantee best exposure as well as relaxation and camaraderie.

They are encourage and supported to attend continuing education programs, both school-based and those held by professional organizations.

Every school recognizes the enormous benefits derived from a parent-teacher association. It works both ways – teachers communicating with the parents and parents helping in accomplishing extended school tasks.

Parents may be requested to visit and assist the students and teachers make them feel confident that their children are in good hands.

Financial assistance for some additional instructional materials like reading materials could be relayed to the members or some excess materials from home maybe donated to the school.
