Includes all the personnel that are responsible for the smooth operations needed for teaching and learning.

They perform leadership roles being at the head of the administration. Policies emanate from them. In turn, rules and regulations to be followed are formulated.


Different ages and classified into their respective grade levels make up the big bulk of the school population.

With a great diversity in interests, needs and family backgrounds, they intermingle and try to know one another, even only on greeting familiarity.


Students

Some form into homogeneous groups, others into loose companionships. Some are forever active once inside the school, others passively come and go.


Also classified by grade levels and further as to subject area responsibilities, they form the next major group.

Likewise, with differing personal and social interests, natural faction and clichés are formed. Those with leadership qualities become the heads, others stay as followers.

A faculty association emerges which acts as their “voice”. Group study tours, educational trips and pleasure trips are worthy undertakings that guarantee best exposure as well as relaxation and camaraderie.

They are encourage and supported to attend continuing education programs, both school-based and those held by professional organizations.


The staff that takes care of the health and physical growth and development of the students and the rest of the personnel.

The ably assist the officials, teachers and other offices in keeping records orderly and updated.

They are a great help in the daily activities of the offices. Their efficiency and high sense of responsibility add to the school’s effectiveness and progress.


An organization of teachers and the parents of their students, as within a public school, to promote mutual understanding and to increase the effectiveness of the educational program.


The Parent-Teacher Association



Every school recognizes the enormous benefits derived from a parent-teacher association. It works both ways – teachers communicating with the parents and parents helping in accomplishing extended school tasks.



Parents may be requested to visit and assist the students and teachers make them feel confident that their children are in good hands.



The PTA (Parent-Teacher Association) may be requested additional resources in the form of facilities, specialized services and sponsorship of some projects.



Financial assistance for some additional instructional materials like reading materials could be relayed to the members or some excess materials from home maybe donated to the school.



A happy and pleasant environment at home could enhance the skills learned in school and strengthen their resolve to continue their self-learning activities.
