Why Leeds Source-IT?

Project Commitments and Responsibilities
• Group Project Time Commitments
• Completing requirement if committed
• 15min once a week for update arranged within each project team (Room 9.11g) – Not to be late/missing
• What you have done, what you are going to do next
• Client Update Meetings to be arranged at milestones – when organised
• Group Project Responsibilities
• Completing test procedures
• Keeping promises on delivery of requirements
• Informing management if there is a problem

Responsibility and Teamwork
