The Human has one unique feature which has allowed it to
become a successful type on the Planet.
It is speed of adaptation !
WHAT ABOUT SPEED OF ADAPTATION OF OUR EDUCATION SYSTEM?
We do not teach children to work in a team, even though team-work skills is becoming one of the most important features for business today and in the next 5-10 years as well.
We force children to learn from paper textbooks that are updated 1 time in 10 years.
We force children to memorize dates, names, formulas ,although they may be found on smartphones in seconds.
AFTER THE COLLAPSE OF THE SOVIET SYSTEM OF EDUCATION ,
RUSSIA LOST THE BEST PRACTICES AND SPEED FOR CHANGES..…
But, since 2000 in Russian
education, have appeared new models for development of creative
abilities of children and new competencies.
The Key-competencies of the 21st century
2004 –START OF THE PROJECT: “SCHOOL OF NEW GENERATION”
In 2016 the program was attended by 53 educational institutions from 19 cities and 14regions of Russia.
The main result of the program "New Generation School" is a replicable model of the school with a new educational culture of Learning Organization and Knowledge in Action "!
Today this concept is a key to the modernization of Russian mass education.

THE BASIC PRINCIPLE AND GOALS OF THE PROJECT The basic principle of the program: "Education goes
on all the time, until the child is asleep."
Develop a new generation of teachers and students
who own methods and tools of TRIZ and LEAN.
At the core of program activities - promoting the
search and research activity of children, learning from
the early years of engineering design, prototyping ,
innovative entrepreneurship, etc.
Close communications in business.

a single line design of robots.
Russia's largest system of mass technical
competition built into an international one.
Developing educational infrastructure: 200
resource centers in 55 regions.
An effective Model of interaction with business for
the formation of personnel reserve, which includes
professional work, summer expedition, TRIZ and
Kaizen training for the children 10-18 years old.

JuniorSkills – Program of early career guidance,
bases of vocational training and competitions of
schoolchildren in professional skill.
It is initiated in 2014 by Fund “Volnoe Delo" in
partnership with WorldSkills Russia, Ruissan Agency
of Strategic Initiatives, Ministry of Education and
Science of the RF, Ministry of Industry and Trade of
the RF.

The Robotics program is realized since 2008.
Since 2009 the annual All-Russian robotic Robofest festival,
largest in Europe, which at the same time is the national final for the international robotic competitions of FIRST (USA) is held;
Since 2014 on the RoboFest there are drones racing
competition vehicle (UAV), commonly known as a drone,
20000 school students and students from 62 regions of
Russia participate in the program.;
450 educational institutions of Russia – partners of this
Program;
