Abstract preparation and format
Please submit a title of no more than 25 words, and keep your abstract to no more than 300 words. Together with this, please also submit affiliations of all authors, sticking to the following format, which will be used in the book of abstracts:

Evaluation criteria : Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:
·Originality·Significance·Relevance to the topics of the congress or the SIG·ClarityApproximately 12 submissions will be chosen for oral communications, while the others will be chosen for poster presentations.
Poster format instructions
If your contribution has been accepted for poster, please prepare a poster size A0 (120 × 80 cm (height x width) // Vertical). Please take your Poster along on the first day of the congress.
Submission informationAuthors who are selected for posters and talks will be notified by the end of October 2019. The presenting author for each accepted talk/poster must register for the congress & SIG by November 21th 2019.VISA information:
