There is a minimal registration fee of GBP79.Exam and exemption fees will apply if you are exempted from some modules and these range from GBP79 per module for knowledge exams, GBP90 for skills exams and GBP105 for professional exams.

Practical experience requirement (PER)

In addition to passing all your ACCA exams, you will also need to gain 3 years relevant practical experience to quality as a Chartered Certified Accontant (ACCA). You can obtain this experience anytime before, during or after your studies. we will assist you with PER (Practical Experience Requirement)

IFRSCERTIFIED INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTINGACCA’s Certificate in International Financial Reporting Standards (CertIFR) offers a broad introduction to the field, and aims to help you understand how they are used globally. The course and assessment are separate so if you are already applying IFRS at work and want formal recognition of your skills, you can apply to take the online assessment only. But if you just want extra knowledge in the field you can choose to take the course only, or you can complete both.

DIPLOMA IN INTERNATIONAL FINANCIAL REPORTING

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Our Diploma in International Financial Reporting (DipIFR) is for finance professionals who need to acquire more a detailed understanding of IFRS. DipIFR is a fast and efficient solution that will develop your current knowledge in this field. As well as how to apply the standards, you will learn the concepts and principles which underpin them.

The course is designed to develop your knowledge and understanding of International Financial Reporting Standards. You will also learn how to apply them, as well as the concepts and principles which underpin them.

On completion of the Diploma candidates should be able to:

Understand, explain and apply the IASB's Conceptual Framework for Financial Reporting.Apply relevant financial reporting standards to key elements of financial reports.Identify and apply disclosure requirements for companies in financial reports and notes.Prepare group financial statements (excluding group cash-flow statements) including subsidiaries, associates and joint arrangements.

The programme fee is INR 20,000 which includes necessary lecture notes but excludes the exam registration fees payable to ACCA for the DipIFR exam

ASSESSMENTDiploma IFRS will be assessed by a single three-hour written exam, which is held twice a year, once in June and again in December at ACCA's exam centres- in India. The passing mark is 50 per cent. The exam contains two sections and has a mix of calculations and written answers. Some questions adopt a scenario/case study approach.

Two years' relevant accounting experience and a relevant degree (attracting at least ACCA qualification exemptions for the Applied Knowledge and Corporate and Business Law (LW) exams).Two years‘ relevant accounting experience and an ACCA Certificate in International Financial Reporting.Three years' relevant accounting experience.ACCA affiliate status.

INFORMAL PROCEDUREWe want to ensure that students feel comfortable to make a complaint and we would recommend that initially concerns should be raised informally. You should raise your concern with the member of staff that is most appropriate to discuss and hopefully resolve the matter.

FORMAL PROCEDUREIf you have been unable to resolve your concern informally or you feel your complaint to be of such significance that it requires a formal response, you may wish to make a formal complaint. Students may use the complaints form (Available in hard copy) to submit a complaint and post this into the complaints box, or raise the complaint formally directly with staff. A complaint will normally be responded to within 5 working days.

GENERAL

REFUND POLICY:

Registration with ACCA is the responsibility of the individual student.- Enrolment and purchases will only be recognised upon receipt of payment.- SOE reserves the right to vary, amend or discontinue any or all of the discounts as it deems appropriate.- SOE reserves the right to vary or cancel any of the courses described or alter the composition of the relevant lecturing team, as well as the venue for lectures should the circumstances so require.-School of Excellence do not deal with Visa application for the foriegn students.

- There is strictly no refund allowed after course commencement date.Refunds for withdrawal without cause:- When students withdraw from the course, SOE shall review after receiving the students’s written notice of withdrawal and refund to student within 7 working days, the following sums:

NON-REFUNDABLE FEES:

The following fees are non - refundable under any circumstances:

- ACCA Registration fee- Computer-based examination fee for School of Excellence programme

WITHDRAWAL/REFUND PROCEDURE:

- Student must inform Programme Management in writing and completea Course Withdrawal form with resons for withdrawal/refund accompaniedwith relevant supporting documents.- All requests for withdrawal/refund are subject to SOE approval.- The student concerned will be informed of the final decision of the withdrawal application in writing within 4 weeks.- Upon approval, student will be withdrawn from their course.- Refund where applicable will be available within 7 working days from date of approval.- Student will be required to collect the cheque personally from our Reception counter. They will need to provide a letter of authorisation if they wish to authorise a third party to collect on their behalf.

Payment of full coaching fee of any one of the papers, along with the registration fee is mandatory.

Payment in parts is not accepted. Full payment must be made before the commencement of the coaching classes.
