Employee Family Assistance Program (EFAP) Provides professional, confidential

assistance to employees and their immediate families who are experiencing personal difficulties and would like help resolving these difficulties.

Personal difficulties also includes difficulties relating to work

Employee Wellness Program

Program that jointly provides assistance to help teachers return to work as soon as possible and as effectively as possible, after illness or surgery

Helps teachers with accommodations due to disability (short-term or long-term)

Provides teachers and their families with support in coping with illness/disability

Provides teachers with assistance & liaison with doctors, the employer, and para-professionals
