Bring your School Club to Warhammer World

Warhammer World isn’t only here for large events, we welcome visits whenever you want to make them, and offer

a great day out or time after school for your club to enjoy social time together. As the end of the school year

approaches, it’s the perfect way to say farewell to students moving on, and see out your club’s year with a bang.

Our Offer - What you can choose to see and do at Warhammer World

Practical Details

Warhammer World has free car parking, is on the tram route, and is a fully accessible venue. Parking can be

arranged for mini buses, and coaches.

Store staff are all CRB checked, we have first aiders available, and risk assessments can be provided prior to a visit.

We are happy welcoming visitors of all abilities and needs, simply discuss with us any considerations such as a

gaming table in a quieter corner for students with autism, or an end row table for wheelchair users, and we can

be prepared for you.

If you wish to arrange a staff visit beforehand to plan an exciting and safe trip for your students, we’re happy to

welcome you face to face, and you can see Warhammer World for yourself.

A pre-booked visit from a School club counts as a free educational trip.

Self –guided you can be inspired for painting ideas, and discuss the

narratives and characters you think the dioramas show.

feature tables packed with scenery – all you need are your miniatures and

gaming equipment like books and dice etc. Try something different, with

up a new miniature to work on, and build and paint at the hobby areas in

the events hall.

staff to introduce the basics of our gaming systems and boxed games.

Booking your visit – What we ask

Warhammer World is a relaxed and welcoming venue, and we want all of our visitors to enjoy their time here.

For your students and all of our visitors we ask that:

You bring your own Games Workshop miniatures, gaming equipment and hobby equipment if you

wish to play games or work on hobby projects.

Students must be monitored by an appropriate number of responsible adults at all times. This means

being close to them, rather than simply being able to see them.

We know Warhammer World is exciting, but please instruct your students to walk, and that way

everyone (and the miniatures on tables or in glass cabinets) are safe.

Although most gamers like people to look at their miniatures, and you’re welcome to walk all around

the events hall, students mustn’t interrupt games taking place.

Booking your visit – Planning a great time

Arranging your visit to us is as simple as a phone conversation or a couple of emails.

To get started, we need to know a few details. Beyond the basics these can be estimates, which you can discuss

with your club once we agree the date and times, and can be confirmed closer to the visit.

If you have any questions, please do just ask us, and even if you don’t know Grots from Goblins, we’ll help you plan

a memorable trip for your club.
