What is the Ambassador Program all about?

Mission: The Kauffman Scholars Ambassador Program is an elite program designed to prepare and equip select Scholars with the skills necessary to serve, grow, and lead as community activists, entrepreneurs, peer-leaders, representatives, civic philanthropists, mentors, and life long learners.

Do I know an Ambassador?

What do they do?

• Serve as a mentor for younger scholars

• Participate in Professional Development trainings

• Assist KSI with the planning and implementation of certain programming

• Represent Kauffman Scholars through Radio, TV, Newspaper, etc.

What do I get if I join?• A stipend- $10 dollars per hour of A stipend- $10 dollars per hour of

What are the requirements?• Have a minimum

3.0 GPA with neither D’s nor F’s

• Be detailed and task oriented

• Be involved at School

• Be “Green” in KSI

• Be congenial and team oriented

• Be willing to meet at least twice a month

• Etiquette, Public Speaking, etc.
