These materials make a collar about 16-in (41cm) in length before clasp.

75 Khéops®par Puca®, 25 pellets, 75 Rizo, 25 size 4mm round beads, 100 3mm fire polish crystals, 2g size 15 round seed beads, 2 Matubo size 8 seed beads, 1 clasp with two open jump rings that fit into the size 8 beads, Fireline .006 beading thread, #12 beading needle, Scissors

1. On a 2-yd (2m) piece of Fireline string one kheops through a single hole and three size 15 seed beads. Sew through the open twin hole of the kheops (PHOTO 1).

2. String a kheops through a single hole, three 15s and sew through the open twin hole of the kheops just strung. Position as shown with the seed beads on opposite sides (Photo 2).

3. Repeat to add a third kheops with size 15 seed beads and place next to the existing beads as shown (PHOTO 3).

4. String three rizos (PHOTO 4).

5. Repeat steps 1-4 a total of 25 times for a 16-in (42cm) collar (PHOTO 6). End with a kheops with its twin holes facing “up.”

6. String three 15s, one size 8 and three 15s (PHOTO 7).

7. Sew through the end hole of the kheops and beads just strung two times to secure (PHOTO 8).

8. Exit through the beads just strung. Sew through the three size 11 seed beads on top of the last kheops. String a 4mm round and sew through the next group of size 11 seed beads across the top of the next kheops, working back along the collar (PHOTO 9).

9. String one size 15, one pellet and one size 15 seed bead and sew through the next group of three size 11s (PHOTO 10).

10. Repeat to add alternating one 4mm round and the 15-pellet-15 beads between each group of size 11 seed beads for the length of the collar (PHOTO 11).

11. At the end repeat Steps 6 and 7 for the turnaround (PHOTO 12).

12. Sew through the next three size 11s, the first 4mm crystals, and exit through the next three 11s (PHOTO 13).

13. String five size 15 seed beads (PHOTO 14).

14. Sew again through the fourth size 15 bead just strung to make a little picot loop (PHOTO 15).

15. String three more size 15 seed beads. Skip the pellet and adjacent size 15 seed bead, and sew through the next three size 11 seed bead, 4mm crystal (PHOTO 16) and the next set of three size 11 seed beads (not shown in Photo 16). Pull thread to snug the loop to the pellet (PHOTO 17).

16. Repeat Steps 13 and 14 to repeat adding the picot loop of size 15s over each pellet, for the length of the collar (PHOTO 18).

17. At the end, repeat the turnaround stitch as in Steps 6 and 7 Exit the 4mm round bead (PHOTO 19).

18. String two 3mm crystals and sew through the picot tip bead above the closest pellet (PHOTO 20).










19. String two 3mm crystals and sew through the next 4mm round (PHOTO 21).

20. Repeat Steps 18 and 19 to add loops with 3mm crystals over each pellet, sewing through the picot tip beads for each loop (PHOTO 22).

21. At the end of the collar weave in your thread to secure and trim. Use a jump ring to attach the clasp of choice to the end size 8 seed bead (PHOTO 23).
