Refreshing: To celebrate the company‘s sixtieth anniversary, Schaffner AG now offers its «Lamello» chair in attractive new colours: yellow, orange, red, turquoise and light green. Frame colours can be in the same cheerful hues or in a classical base colour. These chairs can be stacked very compactly, and are of course weatherproof. They are available with or without armrests.

A summer dream: one glance at the new-look «Rigi» ensemble is enough to awaken childhood memories. This latest Schaffner collection emulates the typical look and cla-rity of garden furniture way back then. The seats and backs of «Rigi» chairs are made of well-matured Swiss timber from the forests near our producer in beautiful canton Thurgau. Each piece of wood is lovingly fashioned and finished with traditional local crafts-manship, retaining the unique grain to delight the eye again and again. The chair and table frames are made of hot-galvanized steel tube, or galvanized tubular steel with pure polyester powder-coating finish. The fold-down tabletop made of galvanized sheet steel is likewise finished in pure polyester powder coating. It goes without saying that all chairs, with or without armrests, are weatherproof.

Filigree elegance: the new «Bernardino» table collection features beautifully curved ta-ble legs – pure elegance – on which the 8 mm thin fold-down tabletop seems to float in mid-air. Ballet dancers are sturdy and sure-footed, however, and this one is no exception. «Bernardino» is named after the famous Swiss alpine pass to symbolize this breakthrough into a new design language. Its unique design is in fact patented, and furthermore offers exceptional legroom particularly at the corners – ideal for those lazy summer evenings with friends around the table.For a perfect ensemble, we recommend «Bernardino» benches or chairs from the ex-tensive Schaffner selection. Good atmosphere: People have gathered around the fireplace from time immemorial. How nice it is to watch the dancing flames and feel the spreading warmth, how peacefully fascinating the crackling of the wood and smell of the smoke. Schaffner AG marks its six-tieth anniversary by adding some practical and elegant woodpile holders to the product offering. The various models cover all wood storage needs according to location and utilization. Each one includes a wall fixing kit for greater stability, and optionally a set of screw-on feet as well. These woodpile holders also double as standing tables or benches.
