With the innovative Schaerer Coffee Link digitalservice platform, Schaerer is launching a new chapter in the digitalization of professional coffee machines. A wide range of functions, data, statistics and additional services create the foundation for comprehensive monitoring, control and optimization of your coffee business. And so that you can dive straight into the digital world, all coffee machines with the “Schaerer Coffee Link Connected” label are pre-equipped as standard with the technology for networking – including access to all functions of the free* “Basic” package.
Sound data In times of increasing digitization,the standard tools for a successful coffee business include not only trendsetting technology, but also powerful digital services. Schaerer Coffee Link gives you a never-before-seen range of evaluation and control options for increasing efficiency and cost effectiveness throughout the entire value chain – from the purchase of the machine and adjusting the assortment of beverages to optimising the supply chain and predictive planning of service and maintenance.
The dashboard of the digital solution delivers reliable sales numbers of all connected machines, for example,
which results in higher transparency and more billing control. The ideal database for adapting your coffee assortment to your customers’ taste or for switching on targeted adver-tisements on the displays of selected machines from a central location. In addition, you receive information on the machine condition, filling level or consumption and can plan your service and maintenance intervals accordingly. Possible downtimes are minimised in the long term. Furthermore, the 3rd-party connec-tivity allows Schaerer Coffee Link to be seamlessly integrated into your existing software infrastructure on request – from the exchange of cer-tain data via standardized interfaces (APIs) through to the networking of entire applications or integration of other networked devices.
SecurityData privacy and information security are highest values for the Schaerer AG and we respect that our custom-ers’ data is crucial to their business success. Therefore, we developed a state of the art platform for our dig-ital solution „Schaerer Coffee Link“. It is based on the cloud solution Mi-
crosoft Azure and the service offering is protected against cybercrime by a multi-layered IT architecture, provid-ing end-to-end security.
To enable multi-factor, role-based access and to manage user identi-fication, we implemented a state of the art Identity- and Access-Man-agement system, too. The user administration can be handled both central by Schaerer or decentral and delegated by nominated customer administrators.
The technical infrastructure, infor-mation security and data privacy set up, is aligned to international requirements such as the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) for Data Privacy or the ISO/IEC 27001 norm for information security. It is protected by a newly established, dedicated department for information security, for which we hired highly qualified and certified staff.

Schaerer Coffee Art Plus No other coffee machine features as many options for the prepara-tion of coffee-milk specialities as the Coffee Art Plus. Both the milk foam quality and milk temperature can be individually controlled, and even the high-quality processingof cold milk is child's play.
