1. Location is near shopping district. It is adjacent to
multiple malls. Although the adjacency to schoolnzones i am unsure
of.2. There were youth present in the area but the facility isnt as
widely used as i expected. this may be due to the time of the day
on the observation period, or the facility may not be very
successful.3. The facility was still accomodating tona variety of
users. Some above the age of the average youth.4. Stores in the
area were more casual and suited for the budget of a student.5.
There were facilities that are fun and for gaming. Refer to
pictures taken for a research on these stores and franchise.6.

Mall Affordable and budget friendly. Also accomodates a mix of
kitsch items and higher end stuff. Relatable to redbox, kuya miks
place, rockband, movie, karaoke, billiards, mma, escape, g. Skate
park Very very hot. Figurr out the appropriate shading techniques
