System OverviewRapidstage is the key product in RMD Australia's Scaffolding range. Rapidstage is a universally established prefabricated scaffolding system. Its inherent simplicity is what makes Rapidstage a versatile, efficient and cost effective alternative to traditional tube and coupler.
FasterCaptive wedge connections are used, which makes it quick and easy to fix ledgers and transoms to standards.
EasierRapidstage doesn't have any loose fittings as opposed to tube and coupler scaffold, and this makes it easier to keep track of the components. It also means less losses.
As a result of Rapidstage not having screw threads, it is more simple to maintain and minimises services costs.
SaferRapidstage's range of accessories, such as staircase towers, loading bays, handrails and hop-up brackets ensures that it is a safe system for your workers.

RapidstagePublic Stair SystemThis stair system is designed for general public access to structures constructed in Rapidstage. They are designed to comply with the Building Code of Australia.
Access Stair SystemAccess Stairs are appropriate for use in the construction industry, maintenance and other limited access situations only. They are not suitable for the general public.
Universal JackDesigned for leveling a scaffold where the ground or foundation levels vary.
StandardsThese components are the vertical supports. They have V pressings in clusters at 495mm intervals that provide easy connection points for ledgers and transoms, etc.
LedgerLedgers have a wedge fixing device at each end, these fit into the upper V on the Standards to locate them at the require longitudinal spacing. They are used in pairs as ledgers at each lift, and to form guardrails at platform level.
TransomsTransoms appear as inverted T-sections, with wedge fixing devices at each end. These fit into the lower V pressings on the Standards to locate them at the required lateral spacing. Flanges on the T-section provide a seating for decking components.
