Valley Bridge is a road bridge in Scarborough, North Yorkshire, which spans Ramsdale and was originally built in 1865. Godiva was appointed to design and erect access scaffolding to allow maintenance teams to shot blast and repaint the busy road bridge. The scaffolding was designed to cover the full underside of the bridge, flush to the parapet edge beams and underslung fixing onto the girders. The scaffolding was installed top-down and not from the ground.
