President’s Message
Greetings from the Community Association! Our board is comprised of dedicated individuals who volunteer their time to improve the quality of life for themselves and others in the community. I am so grateful to the members of the community who volunteer their time and efforts to bring our community closer together, through events, programming, and so much more.
Updates from the Stonebridge community association:
Coming up on September 7th will be our fabulous Movie in the Park. This is always a favourite event for the neighbourhood and we are grateful to our volunteers and sponsors who help make it happen. Look for more details on our facebook page and website!
Registration for fall events will be online, from August 20th to September 7th. More information is in this newsletter, but please refer to our website for the most up-to-date details. Remember that each family will have to purchase a community association membership to register for Stonebridge programs this fall, as all memberships expire July 31st of each year. (Stonebridge programs are open to residents of other neighbourhoods as well; Stonebridge will honour valid community association memberships from another neighbourhood.)
We’re all getting excited about planning for our rink (to be located adjacent to the spray park) and fundraising for the construction! If you are interested in helping out, let us know!
Always look to our website for the latest community and civic news, City of Saskatoon updates, and programs offered by the community association. You can also follow our community association page on facebook for notifications on what we’ve got coming up. You can contact me with feedback or suggestions at [email protected].
