he manager of branch was personally interviewed to elicit information
about the banking. 'urvey on sample basis was conducted to ascertain the
information about banking system. 5or this purpose, 67 customers are selected as
sample and were interviewed with the help of 8uestionnaires.

data were also collected from various published sources like maga-ines,
Newspapers and from Internet facility and handbook on personal segment advances
