He is one of the few extremely talented personalities from the sales and service domain who has

actively worked across 9 different industries and 11 different verticals in sales service and retail

sectors in India. What separates Mr. Lawande from his contemporaries is his unparalleled ability

to set up result oriented learning and development academies for prestigious organisations and

reputed corporate houses. Some of his valuable contributions include the Frito Lays Snacks

Academy, Cadbury Sales Academy, Airtel Sales Academy, Godrej Sales Academy, Hindustan

Lever Field Force Academy and project Dronacharaya and Key Account Management Integration

Program, Vodafone Way of Selling, World of Titan Signet Loyalty Program, Gillette Sales Training

Program and the Pfizer Merchandising Program. He is also the only consultant to achieve the

rare distinction of handling the TTSI induction program exclusively for HLL all over India.

For the past 25 years, Mr. Bhushan has successfully trained over 1,50,000 corporate

professionals and students nationally through his result oriented learning methodology, aptly

combined with experiential exposures. He was also the first person to introduce the concept of bar

code in the Indian retail sector.

His deep-rooted experience in the sales and service domain has earned him the status of an

academic advisor to MIT School of Retail Management in Pune and JV consultant to the

SASMIRA Retail Program Mumbai and a visiting faculty at several leading management institutes

in the country.
