Procedure for welding on CF105 centrifuge

1. Close Centrifuge Lower Drain Flush Valve 2. At the Main Control Panel, go to Centrifuge (B) page. 3. Place Centrifuge B in Hand Mode. 4. Press Centrifuge B Stop 5. Allow centrifuge to go the clean cycle and come to a complete stop.

a. From Home screen Centrifuge B will be a gray color. b. Only disconnect Centrifuge Umbilical cables when it is not under load

6. Disconnect the following cables a. Centrifuge B Umbilical cord from Main Control Panel

b. Centrifuge B Flow Meter cable

c. Centrifuge B Feed Valve cable

7. Reverse the above steps once the repairs are completed. 8. Place Centrifuge B in Auto mode and Press Start.
