PRODUCT DESCRIPTIONSB-442 General Stain Remover is a concentrated non-aciddegreaser and general purpose cleaner for use on pavers,concrete and retaining walls. This technologically advancedcleaner removes motor oil, food an beverage stains. It isenvironmentally friendly and replaces several types of harshacid cleaners. SB-442 General Stain Remover’s uniqueClean Rinse Technology lifting power allows residue to bequickly and easily rinsed away with a high or low pressurewater sprayer. SB-442 General Stain Remover’s chemicalblend draws out stains from within the surface but does notetch or damage concrete, anodized aluminum or paintedsurfaces. The product can be used to clean and maintainSurebond sealed pavements as it is compatible with allother Surebond products. It is suitable for both horizontaland vertical surfaces. Phosphate free.

PREPARATIONTo determine the suitability of this product for a specificsurface, test on a small, inconspicuous area first. Inspectarea for visible staining to determine stain types andquantity. Sweep and remove all soil and other debris fromthe surface.

APPLICATIONINFORMATIONPre-treat and saturatestained area while dryto increase degreasereffectiveness and toensure penetrationinto the texturedsurface. With theexception of the 16oz. spray bottles, add8 to 16 ounces of con-centrate for eachgallon of water used,depending on theseverity of the stain.Apply using a gardensprayer, low pressuresiphon or bulksprayer.Allow cleaner to soak into the surface for 5 to 10 minutes.Improve results by scrubbing surface with a natural fiberbrush to agitate and break down stains. Use a highpressure, hot water wash to draw out and further breakdown surface stains. Rinse surface thoroughly. It may benecessary to use stronger concentrations and secondarycleanings to remove heavier, deep set stains.

MAINTENANCEPavement and wall maintenance should be carried out perinstructions on appropriate sealer data sheet. Surebondcleaners are compatible with all Surebond sealers.

FIRST AID: For eyes, flush immediately with plenty of waterfor at least 15 minutes and get medical attention. For skin,wash thoroughly with water. If irritation persists, see adoctor. If swallowed, drink large quantities of water or milk.Get medical attention immediately. Keep out of reach ofchildren (see Material Safety Data Sheet).

LIMITATIONSAvoid contact with glass. If this product is allowed to dry onglass a residue may be created which is not removable. Ifaccidentally splashed on glass, flush immediately withwater. Do not expose containers to freezing temperaturesand store inside during cold weather. Test cleaning is alwaysrecommended to ensure both the proper physical andaesthetic properties prior to starting a project.
