Compensation Plan Details

Perpetual Fast Start Bonus: (2 for 1 Pre-Paid Gas Card Certificates)

This is a unilevel bonus available to paying $49.95 Super Saver and $89.95 Business Builder participants only

and does not allow for any generational overrides to be dispersed upline.

$49.95 Super Saver Members:

For each unit of monthly sales volume generated by a $49.95 Super Saver membership the company will

reward the sponsoring Super Saver or Business Builder member with a $10 face value, 2 for 1 gas card

certificate that can be redeemed at an additional cost to the member of $10 for two pre-paid $10 gift cards

from the company of their choice.

Super Savers may receive a Perpetual Fast Start Bonus on sales volume generated by a personally sponsored

Compensation for Retail Sales of Legitimate Products & Services Only

All commissions and management overrides paid to those who make up the Savings Society sales

organization are based on sales volume from the sales of legitimate products and/or services offered

Retail Customer Position

A person who joins Savings Society as a Retail Customer only will NOT occupy a position in the matrix and is

NOT eligible to participate in the Compensation Plan.

Their subscription price to participate in the member benefits at the various levels plus the sponsoring rep’smonthly commission for sales volume generated by said customer will be as follows:

Sales Rep Only Position

Anyone desiring to Retail any of Savings Societies products may obtain a Sales Rep position with the

company at no cost. They will not occupy a Matrix position but may retail any of our products from their

replicated website and receive residual monthly commissions from their customer’s monthly recurring

autoships as illustrated above.

Upgrading Your Membership

A member may upgrade their membership at any time by paying the difference between their current member

level and the level they upgrade to. Compensation benefits at the new level will start the following month.

Payment Cycle & Issuance of Checks

Matrix commissions are calculated monthly. Month ends at 11:59:59 the last day of the calendar month. Monthlycommissions are paid on or about the 15th of the following month.

The 2 for 1 Gas Card certificates redeemed back to the company for cash are calculated and issued weekly.Certificates redeemed before Saturday at 11:59:59 at paid the following Fridays. Certificates redeemed online forthe 2 for 1 pre-paid gas cards are honored immediately. Cards will go in the mail the following day.

Pin Level Promotions:

Bronze: 2 personally sponsored members Silver: 3 personally sponsored members… 1 personally sponsored Bronze… filled first 2 matrix levels Gold: 4 personally sponsored members… 2 personally sponsored Silvers Platinum: 5 personally sponsored members… 3 personally sponsored Golds

Reentry Positions:

As a reward for having reached a new pin level, members may reenter another position in their Matrix each timethey achieve Silver, Gold and Platinum (3 reentries). One a member has reached the Platinum pin level, they maycontinue to reenter every time they fill levels 1 and 2 of their last reentry up to an unlimited number of reentries.Re-entries can be banked for later use but may not be stacked under each other.
