Slide 12
Meteorology is the study of current weather and current weather
events. The people who study weather (meteorologists) will track
that current weather and events and report it in a forecast. What
is Meteorology?
Slide 13
To predict the weather, meteorologists will study past
forecasts and calculate the averages. They will also look at clouds
to see what type they clouds are and what directions the clouds are
going in to see if there will be storms and if an area has high or
low pressure. Predicting the weather
