Ecuador: Global Health Team Experience July 4 to 31, 2015 Ecuador: Global Health Team Internship August 1 to 28, 2015 Global Health Institute Thailand Recognizing that it is no longer possible to focus on any single domain of health without impacting and including others, GHI Thailand, in collaboration with Chiang Mai University, is an opportunity for students to work collaboratively across disciplines andprofessions. Stay tuned, as programs in India, Uganda and Thailand are in development. CGHSR’s mission is to focus and strengthen the impact of U of M’s global land grant mission with regard to health issues at the interface of humans, animals and ecosystems. We accomplish this by facilitating trans-disciplinary partnerships and collaborations across the U of M and worldwide. The Center for Global Health and Social Responsibility is an interdisciplinary unit of the Academic Health Center (AHC) established to advance global health research and education. Global HealthCase Competition

The U of M Global Health Case Competition is aunique opportunity for interdisciplinary teams ofstudents to collaboratively analyze a real-worldglobal health challenge with the goal of providinghelpful strategic recommendations to move thecase subject forward e�ciently and e�ectively. Teams of four to six students present theirrecommendations to an expert panel of judges.

Global Health Day provides an opportunity forthose engaged in global health around theUniversity to come together, exchange knowledgeacross disciplines, and make connections. Inaddition to attending the keynote, students canengage with Global Health Day through the poster and photo competitions.

Global Health StudentAdvisory Board (GHSAB)

GHSAB is a committee of student representativesfrom across the AHC. This board works collaboratively to de�ne the global health relatedpriorities of students across the AHC.Additionally, this group promotes studentinitiatives and opportunities for learning withinglobal health systems.
