Responsible for managing all client/s projects execution and timelines Assist with handling of daily call outs, monitoring of projects, and ensure accuracy, & completion Collaborate with multiple departments to develop and maintain best practices for excellent customer satisfaction and execution of projects Must be a self- starter and willingness to develop Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree Knowledge of Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook Must have a passion providing a customer experience second to none Prior account management experience is a plus Basic sales acumen and drive to participate in a sales environment with quota responsibilities Must be professional with emphasis on interpersonal, communication, active listening and writing skills Results driven, team player Ability to problem-solve, work under pressure, and manage time appropriately Energetic, enthusiastic, and prone to take action Build relationships with the team, field services team, and customers.
