Planning to replace a discolored or missing mailbox flag You can purchase a new flag at the Clubhouse for $7 payable by check or money order If you need to replace your green mailbox numbers you may call Creative Mailbox and Sign Design at (813) 818-7100 The cost is $20 and this includes shipping and the LOP logo
Reminders Residents please remember that you need to direct big box deliveries (furniture trucks and moving trucks) to the Kinnan St
entrance because they will be denied entry at the main entrance and the Imperial Oak entrance
Residents can get the DRC form at liveoakvillagescom under LOP documents if they are making changes to their house Residents that are wanting to paint their house can stop by the clubhouse to see the approved color books
