We are currently looking to hire a FINANCIAL ANALYST / GENERAL ACCOUNTANTto work with one of our Multinational clients. • Successful candidate will be responsible for maintenance & management of general ledger in accordance with US GAAP • Monitor general accounting processes carried out by Accounting partner. • Assist in the preparation of the monthly management reporting pack for local operations management & complete budget reviews as part of month-end close process. • Reviews & audits specifi ed contracts on site in accordance with contract terms.

Key Deliverables: • Ensure accuracy of fi nancial accounting entries under US GAAP rules. • Work with cost/management accountants to ensure all manufacturing accounts are accurately stated at monthly (& quarterly/year-end) close • Monitor general accounting processes carried out by Accounting partner. • Liaise with those teams on weekly basis to agree work-plan & advise on accounting postings where necessary • Prepare monthly account reconciliations for all assigned accounts on the general ledger using online reconciliation system • Complete ongoing quarterly & year-end reporting requirements for Corporate Financial Reporting team, to support (US) statutory reporting requirements • Prepare & submit monthly P30 and annual P35 tax returns and assist in the preparation of other tax returns/submissions. • Ensure Pension payments are in accordance with legal requirements and company procedures • Complete ad hoc corporate & local management reporting requests as needed

Requirements : Education, Qualifi cations & Key Attributes: • Qualifi ed Accountant ACA/ CIMA/CPA/ACCA with 2 years PQE • Excellent interpersonal & communication skills with ability to work in small team and communicate with non-fi nancial management • Strong organisational and documentation skills • Knowledge of US GAAP and experience with SAP would be a distinct advantage
