RULES 1 All entries, unless otherwise stated, to reach the Entries Secretary by

the closing date. All classes to be distinctly specified and all entries to be made on an Entry Form included in the Schedule or obtained from the Entries Secretary.

2 No one to be allowed in to the Institute except Stewards and Judges during the judging of exhibits. 3 No exhibit or prize card to be removed from the show before 4pm, except with the consent of the Secretary. 4 The decision of the judges shall be final.

5 All exhibits must be the bona-fide property of the exhibitor. Any prize

fraudulently obtained will be forfeit and awarded to the prize-holder immediately succeeding in that class.

FRUIT (Class 6)

6a - Raspberries, 1 plate

6b - Red currants, 1 plate

6c - Blackcurrants, 1 plate

6d - Any other soft fruit

PHOTOGRAPHY (Class 7) (Only one entry per class)

All photographs must not exceed 25cm x 25cm including mount. They must not be framed and must be presented without captions

7a - Seaside - a photograph in colour

7b - Local wildlife photograph

7c - Trees - a photograph in colour

7d - Floral vista photograph.

FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS (Class 8) An exhibit is composed of natural plant and flower material with or without accessories, contained within a space as defined in the schedule. Backgrounds, bases, containers, drapes, exhibit titles or mechanics may be included in the exhibit unless otherwise stated.

8a - Arrangement in a box using 3 flowers and greenery. Size not to exceed 60cm deep x 60cm wide

8b - Arrangement in a card using a single bloom

8c - An arrangement in a picture frame. Size not to exceed 33 x 43 cm 8d - An arrangement incorporating a recycled item. Size not to exceed 60cm deep x 60cm wide.

8e - An arrangement in a flower pot. Size not to exceed 60cm deep x 60cm wide.

8f - An arrangement in a teapot using only greenery. Size not to exceed 60cm deep x 60 cm wide 8f - An arrangement in a wine glass

6 Any objection must be placed before the Secretary before 3 pm. 7 All exhibitors will be given the number of the class they exhibit in, and their exhibition number. All exhibits will be at the owner’s risk. 8 The Committee will not be responsible for any loss or damage to any exhibit. 9 All exhibits must be staged before 11.00 am on the day of the show. 10 The Committee reserves the right to cancel any class if there are in-

sufficient entries

11 The show is open to amateurs only. Only one entry per category is per-mitted. An entry may be made in all categories within a class if desired.
