SATURATED PURESTEAM STERILIZERS

Inox torres design and manufacture Saturated Pure S team Ster i l i zers for the ster i l i zat ion of solid, porous or liquid loads, for medical and pharmaceut ical companies.

The saturated pure steam sterilizer equipment PSS are rectangular type, with rectangular doors in order to be adapted to the trolleys. The doors can be automatically opened or closed directly from the control system, where all the chamber actions are handled (Alarms, Recipes, Graphics, Users, Synoptics, etc).

In the technical area, a very efficient liquid ring pump is installed to do the vacuum inside the chamber, in order to pull the air to replace it by saturated steam, and takes also advantage to eliminate the accumulated condensates in real time leading to an excellent temperature uniformity. In that technical zone are installed all the components required for the equipment operations.

The equipment are manufactured in high quality stainless steel, using welding methods like TIG or orbital type. Regarding qualification aspects, the chambers are tested and validated according stringent protocols.

Our standard designs go from a 288l and up to 8.960l, but the dimensions and design can be adjusted according final user needs.

ETHYLENE OXIDESTERILIZERS

( E T O )

Inoxtorres design and manufacture Ethylene Oxide Sterilizers (EO/ETO) for the sterilization of thermo sensitive products (sensitive to heat and humidity) like syringes, catheters, dialysis cartridges, plastic dressings, sutures, etc.

Our design is modular type and gives the main advantage to divide the risk area in order to reduce the probability to have a potential explosive atmosphere. Those projects are customizable as we offer a very flexible design, according to the client requirements. Our chambers are prepared to work either with All in One cycle, or with preconditioning and degasing cells. We also propose all the ancillary equipment for turnkey projects.

Our standard designs go from 4 Euro pallets (10m³) up to 32 Euro pallets model (80,6m³), but the dimensions and design can be adjusted according to the final user needs.

Description: Several advantages for our ETO sterilizers:

Flexible design, based on several modules.

High efficiency, optimizing energy consumption and cycle time.

Excellent EO concentration and temperature uniformity(+/1ºC).

Use of 100% EO (+N2) as well as 90/10 mixture, to limitthe chamber internal pressure (<+0,5b).

For INOXTORRES, safety should be a priority for personal as well

as for the sterilization equipment. For that, the PLC is composed of

special safety modules, and is programmed together with the

SCADA according the HAZOP of each project. In addition, several

safeties are taken into account during the design, like for instance:

3 redundant safeties as minimum for any critical function (PL/SIL),

automatic calculation of the inflammable diagram, use of flame

arrestors, etc.

Inox torres design and manufacture Superheated Water Sterilizers for the sterilization of any liquid placed into closed containers (bottles, IV bags, etc.)

The superheated water sterilization equipment are cylindrical type, with rectangular doors in order to be adapted to the trolleys. The doors can be automatically opened or closed from the SCADA.

The optimised water recirculation system works thanks to an efficient centrifugal water pump and a main heat exchanger (for heating and cooling the load). A special plenum is installed inside the chamber in order to allow a perfect water distribution to the product, ensuring an excellent temperature uniformity.

Our standard designs go from a 1.000l up to 32.000l (useful volume), but the dimensions and design can be adjusted according final user needs.
